  I would not recommend Blue Haven pools nor will I use them again. We had the worst experience. We had our pool re-plastered and I had to clean up after the workers when they were done even after I called and talked to the manager and he told me he would send them back out to clean up. When they were scheduling the job I told them we would be out of town for certain days and was there anything we needed to do during that time because we would not be there. I was told by the manager and another lady in the office that it would be fine. Needless to say that was not the truth. After a re-plaster, the pool has to be brushed on a daily basis. When I told the lady I spoke with that I was told we didn't need to do be there and that I had told them we were going out of town she was quick to tell me I could ask a family member or my neighbors to do it for me. HA!! When I ask her if they had someone that could do it for me of course the answer was no. I was not left with clear instructions with how to care for it other than to brush and check ph. I had to resort to the internet to find out how to take care of a re-plastered pool (I was told when I agreed to let them do it that someone would come out at talk to me about how to care for it. She even called it pool school). There were other issues as well, I had an problem misdiagnosed that cost me $700 only for them to turn around and charge me $400 to actually fix the real problem. I would say money hungry would be my best description. They wanted money in Dec to do the re-plaster because business was slow I am sure. They didn't seem to care about the customer at all during this process. Just getting money. Very different experience than I had hoped to get from them!
